Congratulations to our Laker Volleyball Program – during Dig Pink night Oct. 18, $1,656.87 was raised to benefit the Laker Relay for Life Team. Awesome! The volleyball teams would like to thank all of the local businesses and individuals that contributed to Dig Pink in order to make it a success: Frankenmuth Credit Union, Harjo’s Ben Franklin, Emma’s Coffee House, Subway, Bay Port State Bank, Thumb Bank, Thumb Cellular, Northstar Bank, Tim Fritz Farm Bureau Insurance, Susan Dubs, Amanda Scott, Pigeon Co-Op Elevator, and all of the parents who contributed baked good items.
Also, thank you to all of the community members who attended and contributed by taking part in the many fundraising activities.
