Congratulations to the 2025 Hueschen Scholarship recipients – Caroline McNabb, Evan Schember, and Cade Truemner! The Hueschen is a full 4-year scholarship to Michigan State University for those entering a science program. Students applying for the Hueschen need to meet specific academic qualifications. Candidates are interviewed and the final recipients are chosen after the interviews. Great job to these students – hard work does pay off! Lakers is the only high school to offer this impressive scholarship.
