For the high school students, the 2025 Coming Home Dress-Up Days are as follows: Tuesday – PJ Day Wednesday – White Lie Day Thursday – Hawaiian Day Friday – Green and White Day Every day is Hat Day
Laker Elementary hosting bottle drive
Bring your empty bottles/cans to the Laker Elementary bottle/can drive! A trailer will be set up in the elementary parking lot for donations from Jan. 14 to Feb. 14. Proceeds will go toward March is Reading Month activities.
Sophomore Class Fundraiser Dinner Jan. 31
The Laker Class of 2027 is hosting a taco/nacho dinner Jan. 31 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafe. Dinners include tacos or nachos with toppings, a dessert and a beverage. The cost is $8 for adults and $5 for students.
Valentine’s Dance – middle school
Laker Middle School is hosting a Valentine’s Dance Feb. 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the middle school gym. Admission is $5. Pizza slices and pop/water is $1 each.
